Josh Vaughan is the co-founder and co-manager of Exchange Residency, and Exchange Zine, at The Finborough Arms, based in Earls Court, London.

The Residency was set up by Vaughan and James Sirrell as a platform to give recently graduated art students a free space to develop their art practice for a period of 2 months, with critical feed back, discussion and technical help, culminating in an exhibition for the given artist.

Exchange Zine is an offshoot of this project, and covers a range of topics, including reviews and critical essays on the artists represented by Exchange Residency, observations on modern art culture and London, and discussions of current themes relevant to the art world.

He is also a Fellow of Wood Working at City and Guilds of London Art School, where he helps students develop projects and assists in teaching.
